Shikha Mou used to act in stage plays for 'Nagarik Natyangan'. On behalf of this group, She has captivated the audience on stage by acting in the plays 'Chand Baniker Pala', 'Janatar Rangoshala' and 'Bibisab'. Later, Shikha Mou was soaked in the love of the viewers by presenting 'Antaranga', 'Dhwani Pratidhwani' and 'Jhangkar' on BTV in collaboration with producers Sheikh Riaz Uddin Badshah and Alauddin. However, she was first seen in a TV drama opposite Mahfuz Ahmed in the play 'Tantabye Atopar' directed by Nahid Ahmed Pial.
Mou has been seen in plays directerd by Shihab Shaheen, Kaiser Ahmed, Masum Aziz, Gias Uddin Selim and many more. Shikha Mou is also seen in the movie ‘Monpura’, ‘Chalbaj', 'Tui Shudhu Amar', ‘Amar Sapna Amar Sansar ', 'Tukhor' and ‘Dhaka Attack'.
"I am a professional actress," said Shikha Mou. “I want to go on acting all my life. I am grateful to all those who have supported me in various ways from the beginning of my acting career till now. I am fine with my two sons Shipu, Shuvo and only daughter Samia. Everyone be careful, keep yourself safe. And of course use a mask when you go out.”
