A few days ago, Rukaiya Jahan Chamok acted in a web film for the first time. The name of the web series is 'Mahanagar'. Ashfaq Nipun is writing and producing this web series for Hoichoi. Chamok has been taking part in the shooting of it since last Friday. Work is underway to capture the scenes of this web series in different locations including Proshika in Manikganj. Shyamal Mawla is acting opposite him.
Speaking about working on the web series for the first time, Chamok said, “I have acted in a web film before. It has not been publicized yet. In the meantime, I have also worked on several good story dramas. I've been trying to do a little bit of good storytelling from the beginning. That is why I have received a good response to all the works that have already come to my notice, and that response is constantly increasing. My character is quite important in this web series directed by Ashfaq Nipun bhai. I’m trying my best to portray my character properly. The whole unit, including the director, is very sincere. That's why I can do the job with a lot of love
Chamok had earlier worked in a web film called 'Haider' directed by Rubel Anush. Her co-stars were Ashish Khandaker, Lutfar Rahman George, Monira Mithu and many more. However, it has not yet been decided where it will be broadcast.
Meanwhile, her performance in Nazmul Rony's 'Amar Bhalobasha' and Rafat Majumder Rinku's 'Third Love' on Valentine's Day has been highly praised. The presence of Chamok as a model in the song 'Rab Jaane' sung by Pulak is also commendable.
