Isteque Ahmed has made a web film about the gang culture of the most talked about teenagers in contemporary Bangladesh. The name of the web film is 'Kishor Gang'.
The story of this web film is basically about the bereavement of a few teenagers and adolescents, the change and the pain that is created in their family and surrounding areas due to their involvement in gang culture.
Starring Karar Mahmood, Rukaiya Jahan Chamak, Sabbir Arnab, Faisal Dwip, Ibrahim Ehsan Ananya, Masum Rezwan, Shoaib Monir, Rocky Khan, Jayita Priyanti, Shashi Afroz and more than 50 actors.
Sajal Biswas, the producer of Kishore Gang, said, `I don't live in the country but the country always pulls me. Any good thing in the country gives me joy, pain touches me equally. Such is the horror of the teenage gang in recent times. So I decided that what I really needed to do was learn how to do it right. If anyone benefits from watching this story, be aware that it will be our achievement’.
This web film has been shot in different locations of Dhaka and Narayanganj. Eros Now was released the web film on OTT last October. The web film has been airing on Dream Canteen's YouTube channel since the afternoon of January 3.
