A female police officer is carrying out her duties ignoring the clear cloudy sky, drizzle and cold weather due to the cyclone Java. Besides, she is holding her eight-month-old baby in her arms with absolute affection while holding the rifle on her shoulder.

Bhaluka Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Salma Islam posted a picture of such a scene in Mymensingh's Bhaluka Police Station on Facebook on Monday morning. Where netizens are commenting praising and respecting the sense of responsibility of women.

UNO Salma Islam wrote in her status on UNO Bhaluka's Facebook ID, `I went to Bhaluka Model Police Station in the morning to ask HSC exam questions and saw a different scene. A female police officer holds her eight-month-old baby in her arms. It is winter and it has been raining since yesterday. That is why the baby is hugging in the warm lap of the mother. There is only one reason for posting the picture on Facebook, Uhat is, let everyone see that arms on the shoulders, child in the lap. Only a woman can carry the keys to the treasury and the child in her bosom equally. '

In the status given by UNO Salma Islam, a woman named Mahmuda Sultana wrote, `That is why women are not only given equal responsibility in all matters, but also work diligently to become equal to men." In many cases men are more successful than men. A woman survives by fighting for her life’.

Hundreds of people of different professions were seen thanking the woman in those statuses.
