Gas supply has been disrupted in several areas of the capital since Tuesday morning. The problem arose when a pipe burst in the ground while working on the road in the Amin Bazar area. Titus authorities say work is underway to fix the line. It can take 12 to 24 hours for the line to be fully fixed.

Calling the emergency number of Titas Gas, it was learned that a 16-inch pipe burst deep in the ground in Amin Bazaar. The leak occurred at around 3 am on Monday while working on the road. Due to this, the gas supply is being disrupted in some areas of Mirpur, Lalmatia, Mohammadpur, Dhanmondi, Hazaribagh, Kalabagan and surrounding areas.
