Actress Farhana Milli used to perform on stage in school and later in college. In the same year that the birthday of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman was declared as National Children's Day, Farhana Milli presented a program in front of Hon'ble Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina at Ganobhaban. She started presenting a program on a satellite channel while studying in the Nattototto department at Jahangir Nagar University. But her teacher, Professor Selim al-Din, forbade him to present. He advised her to focus on acting rather than presentation. That is why Farhana Milli was never seen in the presentation again. But 2021, she has taken it as a new challenge. So instead of returning the offer to present a cooking show from Dipta TV, she started working on that show. Dipta TV has started airing cooking show 'Swader Ranna' from the first day of Ramadan. Everyday at 4.30 pm, Dipta will be seen on the TV screen, so now, for a month, Farhana Mili will be seen in the presentation. In the meantime, before the lockdown, the work of capturing the scenes of 14/15 episodes has been completed. "I have taken 2021 as a new challenge for me," said Farhana Milli. “I want to see myself a new in the things that I am interested in outside of acting but have not been done for various reasons. I want to do those things very well. Part of the challenge is to present after a long time. At different times I was asked by many to present different types of programs. But I have repeatedly avoided. Because Selim al-Din Sir forbade me to work as a presenter. That’s why I’ve been away from the presentation for so long. But the taste is quite good at presenting the cooking show. There is no inertia at all. I am presenting quite well. I am getting some response after the campaign. Maybe I will be regular in the presentation in the future”, she said. Meanwhile, Farhana Milli has joined the ongoing series 'Gobindopurer Golpo' on Asian TV. She is playing an important role in this drama. It is being constructed by Sohail Rana Emon.
