A 66-business delegation of the Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FBCCI) left Dhaka for Dubai this afternoon as entourage of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina to attend Expo-2020, Dubai and several other trade and business events.
The FBCCI President Md. Jashim Uddin leads the delegation. During the visit, the FBCCI and the Dubai International Chamber will sign a memorandum of understanding (MoU) at the Leadership Pavilion at the expo ground on Tuesday, said a press release.
The Prime Ministers of Bangladesh and the United Arab Emirates will present at the signing ceremony. Earlier, the delegation will attend the International Women's Day celebrations event there. The UAE-Bangladesh Economic Forum will be held on Thursday morning and later in the afternoon the UAE-Bangladesh Joint Business Council will be inaugurated.
