President Md. Sheikh Hasina's resignation from the post of Prime Minister. Adviser to the Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs of the Interim Government commented that Sahabuddin lied. Asif Nazrul Apart from this, he also said that if the President sticks to his statement, further decision will be taken.
The legal adviser made these comments while talking to reporters at the secretariat on Monday (October 21).
President Md. Asif Nazrul raised a question about Sahabuddin's stay and said, 'There is a question whether he (Md. Sahabuddin) has the qualifications to hold this position or not. If he sticks to his statement then the matter will go to the advisory council and further decision will be taken.'
President Md. Sahabuddin said he heard that Sheikh Hasina has resigned from the post of Prime Minister. But he has no documentary proof of this. He added, 'I am also looking for (Hasina's resignation letter), maybe she didn't get time.'
The conversation was published yesterday in the newspaper's political magazine 'Janata Chokh'. After that, the issue of Sheikh Hasina's resignation came to the fore. Although the President said in the speech given after the fall of Sheikh Hasina, Sheikh Hasina submitted her resignation from the post of Prime Minister to the President. The President also said that he had accepted the resignation letter.
