Minister of Road Transport and Bridges of Bangladesh Obaidul Quader today (June 19) said highest efforts are on to restore order in roads.
At the same time, Quader blaming motorcycle and battery-run easy bike, said despite massive development country’s roads witnesses accidents due to these vehicles.
The minister made this remark while exchanging Eid greetings with journalists at the secretariat in the capital.
He said, “Despite all the development, we are suffering from the chaos of the roads. It is unfortunate that motorcycle and easy bike accidents are more common among accidents.”
Looking at the accident history, it is seen that most of the accidents are happening due to motorcycle and then Easybike. There is also reckless driving, minister added.
In the end the bridge minister said, “The whole world is in crisis at present. It is difficult to say when the race will end. World politics is at risk. No one is happy, not even us.”
