Bangladesh Road Transport Corporation (BRTC) is going to launch nationwide 'Eid Special Service' for homebound people on the occasion of upcoming holy Eid-ul-Azha. Eid Yatra special service will start from next Thursday (June 13). For this purpose, the organization has started selling tickets in advance from Monday (June 10).
This Eid Yatra ticket can be purchased from the respective depots of BRTC. This special service of BRTC will continue till the day after Eid, i.e. till June 18.
According to BRTC sources, advance ticket sales have started from Motijheel, Joarsahara, Kalyanpur, Gabtali, Mohammadpur, Mirpur, Jatrabari, Gazipur and Narayanganj Bus Depot (Chashadha) in Dhaka.
Among them, advance tickets for Dhaka to Rangpur, Thakurgaon, Panchagarh, Naogaon, Kushtia, Barisal, Gopalganj, Joypurhat, Jamalpur and Kalmakanda routes are being sold under Motijheel Bus Depot.
Bus tickets plying on Rajshahi, Naogaon, Netrakona, Syedpur, Thakurgaon, Barisal, Gopalganj, Gaibandha, Bogra, Rangpur, Lalmonirhat, Kurigram, Kushtia, Nagarpur in Tangail, Paturia in Manikganj and Nalitabari in Sherpur routes are being sold from Kalyanpur Bus Depot.
Bus tickets for Rangpur, Bhatiapara in Gopalganj and Paturia in Manikganj routes are available from Gabtali Terminal.
Bus tickets for Rangpur, Dinajpur, Naogaon, Mymensingh, Barisal and Bogra are available from Joarsahara Bus Depot.
Bus tickets for Thakurgaon, Rangpur, Panchagarh, Swarupkathi in Jhalkathi, Gopalganj and Bogra routes are being sold under Mirpur Bus Depot.
Bus tickets for Rangpur, Dinajpur, Lalmonirhat, Bogra, Naogaon, Barisal, Khulna, Gopalganj and Mymensingh routes are being sold from Mohammadpur Bus Depot.
Bus tickets for Rangpur, Dinajpur, Khulna, Kurigram, Faridpur and Barisal routes can be purchased from Jatrabari Bus Depot.
Apart from this, bus tickets plying on Bhanga, Barisal, Habiganj, Rangpur, Lalmonirhat, Naogaon, Netrakona and Bogra routes of Faridpur are being sold at Narayanganj Bus Depot.
Bus tickets for Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, Bogra and Mymensingh routes are being sold from Gazipur Bus Depot.
Apart from this, advance tickets of BRTC buses plying in different regions of the country are also available from Comilla, Narsingdi, Sylhet, Dinajpur, Bogra, Rangpur, Khulna, Pabna, Mymensingh, Chittagong, Tungipara and Barisal bus depots in Gopalganj.
