Bagharpara police arranged Open House Day in Jashore

An open house day was organized by Jashore 's Bagharpara police station in the presence of people at the police station premises. Jashore District Superintendent of Police Pralay Kumar Joardar was present as the chief guest on the occasion. At the beginning of the programme, Additional Superintendent of Police Mukti Sarkar of `Kha 'circle also spoke.

The Superintendent of Police openly discussed with the public about the overall situation in the area. He also discussed openly whether the public has to face any problem in the area, whether there are any complaints about law and order, whether anyone has to face unnecessary police harassment, drugs, extortionists, miscreants. When the people present at the time raised their concerns, the Superintendent of Police listened attentively and expressed hope for swift action.

The Superintendent of Police said, `There will be no godfather of terrorism, drugs, weapons in Jashore district. Jessore police has no alliance with these criminals. Jashore police is working relentlessly to protect the lives and property of the people. The need for this Open House Day is immense to bring the rule of law to the doorsteps of the people and this is the purpose of today's event’.

Officer-in-Charge of Bagharpara Police Station Firoz Uddin presided over the function. Also present as special guests were Upazila Chairman Victoria Parveen Sathi, Bagharpara Upazila Executive Officer Anam Abuzar Ghiffari, Bagharpara Upazila Awami League General Secretary and Bagharpara Freedom Fighter Command Bir Muktijoddha Alhaj Hasan Ali, former Additional Secretary and President of Bagharpara Upazila Puja Muktijodha Kumbu Santosh Bosh Odhikar, Mayor of Bagharpara Municipality Kamruzzaman Bachchu, Bagharpara Upazila Vice Chairman AH Rauf Sardar, Women Vice Chairman of Bagharpara Upazila Bithika Rani Biswas.

Also present were the chairmen and former chairmen of 9 unions of Bagharpara upazila, all government officials and employees working in Bagharpara upazila, heads and teachers of all educational institutions including schools, colleges, madrasas, 9 unions of Bagharpara upazila and members and councilors of Bagharpara municipality, Bagharpara upazila President of ward level community policing, general secretary and members, imams of different mosques, members of Islamic Foundation, president of Hindu, Buddhist and Christian unity council and puja celebration council of Bagharpara upazila, general secretaries and members of Bagharpara upazila , Editors, journalists of various TV channels, printing media and online newspapers, and members of the village defense force in Bagharpara upazila.
