The teachers wrote a letter to the Prime Minister with blood
The private teachers of Barisal wrote a letter with their own blood and submitted a memorandum to the Prime Minister demanding full festival allowance and nationalization before Eid.
On Tuesday (June 11) noon, the leaders of the National Teachers' Association Federation Barisal gave this memorandum to the Prime Minister and the Education Minister through the District Commissioner.
Earlier, hundreds of teachers formed a human chain in front of Ashwini Kumar Hall in the city with the same demand.
At that time, the speakers said, 'In order to improve the quality of education, the existing discrimination in public and private educational institutions should be eliminated. For this reason, the private education system should be nationalized immediately. Besides, full festival allowance and house rent were demanded.
Principal Mizanur Rahman Salim, Principal Aminur Rahman Khokon etc. spoke in the human chain under the chairmanship of Professor Mohsin-ul-Islam Habul, Chief Coordinator of Barisal Division of the Federation.
