The ousted will not sit quietly: Advisor Dr. Muhammad Yunus

The chief advisor of the interim government commented that the ousted Awami League leaders will not sit quietly in the anti-discrimination movement of students. Muhammad Yunus.

He said, 'Lying quietly for so long, he was happily plundering in his dreams. Their dreams were shattered by the students. Will they sit quietly now? not at all Will try hard to hide in your nightmares. They will not make mistakes. Don't leave until you finish what you started.'

He said these things during an exchange of views with the students at Shapla Hall of the Chief Adviser's office on Sunday (September 8) afternoon.

Dr. Yunus said, this opportunity has not come since the birth of Bangladesh. Don't miss the opportunity you have given us. If this opportunity is missed, Bangladesh will no longer be a state. It should become not only a state, but a respected state in the world.

Remembering those who were martyred in the anti-discrimination student movement, he said, those who were martyred could have sat with us today. But that opportunity was not given to them. When I go to the hospital to see the wounded, it is hard to look at them.

He also said, when I visit a young man, he asks, sir, how can I play cricket? The thought of playing cricket does not leave his mind. Every time I see, the question arises in my mind that we have made Bangladesh?

'I went to a hospital yesterday, the same scene again. Young souls, many had their skulls blown off. Many had bullet wounds. is alive.'

The chief adviser said, every time I hear, every time I see, we have to make a new promise that we will implement the dream for which they gave their lives. There is no way out of it.

He said, not everyone is seeing the scene that I am seeing during the meeting. Those coming to the hospital may be able to understand. People should be informed and understood. What an atrocity that was.
