The body of Hezbollah leader Nasrullah was recovered
The body of Hezbollah leader Sayed Hassan Nasrallah, who was killed in an Israeli airstrike in Lebanon, has been found. The body was recovered from the site of an Israeli airstrike in the southern suburbs of the capital, Beirut.
This information was reported by Reuters on Sunday (September 29) according to Lebanese health and security sources.
According to the report of the news agency, Nasrullah's body is intact. Earlier, Hezbollah's statement on Saturday confirmed Nasrullah's death, but did not say exactly how he was killed.
Two sources associated with the recovery of the body say, 'No direct wounds were found on Nasrullah's body. He is believed to have died of blunt trauma as a result of the blast.' Blunt trauma is a condition in which the body is hit by something that does not show any major external trauma; But the inside of the body is damaged.
Israel launched a massive attack on Beirut on Friday (September 27) evening. Nasrullah lost his life in that attack.
After the incident, the Israeli army claimed to have killed Hasan Nasrullah in an airstrike. The Israeli Air Force carried out the strike on Friday targeting Hezbollah's headquarters in the southern suburbs of Lebanon. Hezbollah did not immediately comment on Israel's claims, but later confirmed the matter.
