Six judges of the High Court Division met with the Chief Justice


Six judges of the High Court Division met Chief Justice Syed Refat Ahmed.

Today, Wednesday (October 16) from 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm, six judges met the Chief Justice one by one.

Those who have met are Justice SM Moniruzzaman, Justice Khondkar Diliruzzaman, Justice Shahed Nooruddin, Justice Md. Akhtaruzzaman, Justice Md. Aminul Islam and Justice SM Masud Hossain Dolan.

However, several judges refused to comment when asked about the meeting. Both said to take leave till December 18. Apart from this, two judges said to take leave but did not mention the time limit.

Anti-discrimination student movement announced high court siege program today to demand the resignation of 'partisan and corrupt' judges of the high court division. There are reports that the Chief Justice has invited 12 judges of the High Court Division for tea due to various complaints raised in this program. There is also news that it has been decided to send these 12 judges on leave.

When asked about this matter, the officials of the Public Relations Department of the Supreme Court and the office of the Registrar General did not confirm anything.
