Sautéed Mushrooms


Sauteed mushrooms in no less than any exotic recipes however it can be prepared in just a few minutes. All you have to do is toss mushrooms in butter and garlic to incorporate the flavours together. The tender texture of mushroom will absorb the flavours and you can pair the sauteed mushrooms with bread or omelette as a side dish. They are great on chicken, steak or as a side dish. Ready in just 15 minutes, this recipe is easy to make and extremely delicious. Prepare it for kitty parties, game night or buffet and enjoy with your loved ones.

Ingredients for 4 Servings:

400 gm mushroom

Salt as required

3 tablespoon unsalted butter

2 tablespoon parsley

1 tablespoon virgin olive oil

Black pepper as required

1 1/2 tablespoon garlic

1 tablespoon red chilli

Step 1

Clean the mushrooms properly. Then par-boil them by adding water to a deep bottomed pan with a pinch of salt.

Step 2

Next, take a large pan and heat olive oil over medium-high flame. Add chopped-in-half mushrooms and season with salt and pepper. Toss the mushrooms and spread them into a single layer. Cook for 4 minutes on medium-high heat without stirring. Then, stir and cook for 2 more minutes without stirring.

Step 3

Reduce the flame to medium-low and add butter, chili powder and minced garlic. Cook for 3-4 minutes and stir frequently until mushrooms are fully cooked, butter is melted, and garlic is fragrant. Remove from heat, add chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Tips:  To accentuate the taste of this dish, you can add some mixed herbs.
