Rupali Bank to encourage ginger cultivation

Rupali Banks has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Padakhep Manabik Unnayan Kendra for disbursement of loans for ginger cultivation, aiming to make the country self-sufficient in ginger cultivation and to encourage ginger cultivation in hilly areas.

Rupali Bank Limited has launched the distribution of agriculture loans in the Rangamati district for the cultivation of ginger. Monzur Hossain, Chairman of the bank, Obaidullah Al Masood, Managing Director and CEO of the bank, Md. Saleh Bin Sums, Executive Director of Padakhep Manabik Unnayan Kendra were present.
