RFL donated 'IC water bottles' to underprivileged children


RFL Houseware, the country's leading household product company, has handed over 'IC Water Bottles' to underprivileged children at six orphanages run by the Vidyananda Foundation in the Chittagong Hill Tracts to ensure clean water.

Toukirul Islam, executive director of RFL Housing, handed over an IC brand water bottle to Vidyananda at RFL Group's head office in Badda on Thursday. Zakir Hossain, executive member of the foundation, received the gift on behalf of Vidyananda.

In this regard, Taukirul Islam said, “Every year, many children in the country are suffering from water borne diseases. Just as it is important to drink pure water to prevent this disease, it is also important to keep the water bottle safe. We have handed over IC brand water bottles to the underprivileged children in the hilly areas to ensure pure water. Many thanks to Vidyananda for this initiative. ”

Rashedul Alam, Head of Marketing, RFL Housing, Tapash Chandra, Deputy General Manager and Sanu Kanti Nath, Deputy Brand Manager were present on the occasion.

In the Chittagong Hill Tracts, Vidyananda has launched a campaign called 'IC Water Bottle' to ensure clean water for disadvantaged children. Everyone is asked to participate in the campaign, which runs from March 14 to April 10, through Facebook. RFL Houseware handed over the gift to Vidyananda as a pledge to give away one IC brand water bottle for each participation.
