Hosts New Zealand have scored 40 runs losing one wicket in five overs against Bangladesh during their second Twenty20 International at McLean Park, Napier on Tuesday.
Taskin Ahmed made the breakthrough for Bangladesh as he got the wicket of Finn Allen (17) in the last ball of fourth over.
Earlier, Bangladesh captain Mahmudullah has won the toss and elect to bowl first. Both captains reckoned that rain could be a factor in the game, and both wanted to bowl first.
