Govt fixes new office schedule

The government has fixed the new office schedule from 9 am to 5 pm for all the government, semi-government, autonomous and semi-autonomous organisations.

This decision was made during the cabinet meeting on Monday (June 3) chaired by Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.

There will be a prayer break from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM, according to a directive in this regard.

At the end of the meeting, Cabinet Secretary Mahbub Hossain was briefing the media at the secretariat in the capital.
