Facebook, Telegram not functioning on mobile networks

Facebook and messaging app Telegram is inaccessible on mobile networks.

According to sources, the cache server of Meta platforms, Telegram on mobile networks was halted on Friday (August 2) after 12:30pm.

Facebook, Messenger and Telegram were made inaccessible through mobile data as per an unofficial regulatory instruction, according to sources at telecom operators. 

Earlier, from the night of July 17 to the afternoon of July 31, Facebook, Messenger, WhatsApp, Instagram were inaccessible.
