Everyone in Bangladesh is a family: Dr. Yunus
The chief adviser of the interim government. Muhammad Yunus said, everyone in Bangladesh is one family. There is no room for discrimination. The main goal is to establish democratic rights, human rights. Hindus can demand constitutional rights from all governments.
He said these things during an exchange with Hindu community leaders at Dhakeshwari temple on Tuesday (August 13) afternoon.
The chief adviser said, "Our aim is to establish justice." Everyone has equal rights under the law. Help me patiently. Then consider what I could do and what I could not do.
Incidentally, Sheikh Hasina left the country after leaving the post of Prime Minister on August 5 in the face of the final movement of the students. Then on August 8 Dr. Advisors to the interim government, led by Muhammad Yunus, were sworn in. On that day the chief adviser and 13 advisers took oath. Later on August 11, two more advisers were sworn in. Farooq-e-Azam did not take oath as he was in America. He took oath today after returning home.
