Eid dress for slum girls
Nusrat Faria is a popular heroine of Dhaka cinema. She has also acted in several films in Kolkata. She is acting regularly. She also appeared with the song.
Faria often does a lot of shopping for the shooting. She likes to shop at home and abroad. Due to that many clothes and shoes have accumulated in the house. Most of these are not used at the end of the shooting.
She is going to distribute these clothes among the low income people of the society without wasting them.
It will be handed over to the next Eid-ul-Adha through the Switch-Bangladesh Foundation, an organization that has been working for a long time with the underprivileged slum dwellers in Dhaka Udyan. This has been informed by the organization. They also said that they had collected more than two hundred garments from Faria Monday.
Mostafizur Rahman, chief coordinator of the Switch Bangladesh Foundation, said, "general people are encouraged when star artists stand by the underprivileged. That’s why we reported the matter to this popular artist. She has responded to our call. Thanks to Nusrat Faria.”
He added that these will be distributed among the slum dwellers in a special project called 'Dosh Takai Kapor'.
In this context, Nusrat Faria said, "I liked the initiative very much. If the clothes are useful to someone without leaving them at home, then it would be a matter of happiness. When I heard that they were collecting such clothes in this project, I immediately agreed.”
