Stand straight with your feet together holding the rope in your hands. Now jump and start skipping. You can try alterations such as leg switches.

Plank jacks

Lie down on the mat facing down, placing your palms on the mat. Now lift your body upwards such that your arms are straight and aligned to your body. This is the plank position. Make sure your body is in a straight posture. Now spread your legs and bring them back together. Repeat for several repetitions.

Jump squat
