'Bellingham alone won't win England the Euros'

English star midfielder Jude Bellingham has started this year brilliantly. He was instrumental in helping Real Madrid win the La Liga and Champions League titles. In front of Bellingham is the mission of winning the European Championship for the national team.

Because, England is weaving dreams around Bellingham, which is in great rhythm. However, the head coach of the team, Gareth Southgate, is keeping an eye on the reality. According to him, Bellingham cannot do anything alone. They have to play as a team to win the Euros.

England lost 1-0 against Iceland in the second friendly last Friday. After that match at Wembley, facing British journalists, Southgate said, Bellingham will not do everything alone. To be successful in the Euros, everyone in the team has to contribute.

'We're not putting everything on Bellingham. We have a lot of good players and trying to win this tournament has to be collective.'

He also said, "If we rely on one person, we cannot win." I'm sure he will add strength to the team, but it's not his responsibility to do that (to win the team) alone. We all have to keep our focus, make sure that we are in the right mindset as individuals.

Bellingham scored 23 goals in 42 matches for Europe's most successful club in all competitions this season. Assisted 13.

Bellingham last played for England last March. He did not join the national team at the end of this club season. England rested him for a week to recover. This 20-year-old footballer could not play the last two preparation matches with the team before the Euro.

Last season's runners-up England will start their Euro campaign with a match against Serbia on June 16. Their other two opponents in Group 'C' are Denmark and Slovenia.
