Coach Kanchon Inspires BPO and Freelance Professionals at 2025 Summit
A lively and impactful session titled “Happiness at Work: Empowering BPO Employees and Freelancers to Thrive” was recently held at Senaprangan in Dhaka Cantonment, as part of the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Summit Bangladesh 2025.
Led by renowned motivational speaker Coach Kanchon, the session emphasized how happiness can serve as a powerful growth strategy for teams in the BPO and freelancing sectors. Drawing a packed audience, the session focused on emotional resilience, motivation, and practical tools for combating challenges such as burnout and long working hours—common issues in the fast-paced outsourcing industry.
Coach Kanchon guided participants through mindfulness techniques, gratitude exercises, and methods for reigniting team spirit. The session also encouraged attendees to reconnect with their sense of self-worth and to take pride in their roles in driving the industry forward.
The event formed a key part of the broader BPO Summit Bangladesh 2025, jointly organized by the Bangladesh Association of Contact Center and Outsourcing (BACCO), the ICT Business Promotion Council (IBPC), and the Department of ICT (DoICT). The summit aims to enhance skills, promote wellbeing, and highlight opportunities in Bangladesh’s growing outsourcing landscape.
